Quope Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
By downloading or using Quope: Manifestation Rituals ("Quope," "the App"), you agree to these terms. Quope is developed by Naoko Hamasaki, trading as 39 Daisies ("we," "us").
Use of the App
- Quope is provided for personal, non-commercial use as a self-reflection and habit-building tool.
- Quope asks for your birth year when you first open it. If you are under 13, recording features (Your Voice, Solace recordings and video clips) are turned off. All other features remain available.
- If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, use Quope with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
Subscriptions
- Quope offers optional Premium subscriptions (monthly and annual), purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system and charged to your Apple ID.
- Prices are shown on the purchase screen in the App and on the App Store before you buy.
- Where a free trial is offered and you are eligible, the first charge is made when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After you cancel, Premium stays available until the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Your Content
- Anything you create in Quope (journal entries, manifestations, affirmations, photos, video clips and recordings) remains yours.
- Your content is stored on your device. If iCloud backup is on, a copy is also kept in your own iCloud account. Your content is not sent to or stored on our servers, and we have no access to it.
- iCloud backup is free, needs no account, and can be turned off in the You tab. It depends on Apple's iCloud service and your available iCloud storage.
- Because we never hold a copy of your content, we cannot recover it for you. If iCloud backup is off, deleting the App deletes your content.
- Only record another person's voice, such as in a Solace recording, with their permission.
Privacy
- How Quope handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
- Quope is a wellness and reflection tool, not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
Limitation of Liability
- Quope is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, 39 Daisies is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
Changes
- We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
